There are six sections that relate to the completion of a winding up. They begin here (Section 704).
If the liquidator believes that the affairs of the company have been completely wound up, he may apply to Court to have the company dissolved (Section 704). This section is new, but nothing in the remaining sections is.
There are slight amendments and practitioners will recognise, in re-enacted form, the following sections from the 1963 Act: Sections 263, s 273, s 305, s 310, and s 313. Also incorporated are the provisions of O. 74 r. 129 of the Rules of the Superior Courts.
