End of Transition

Upon the expiry of the transition period – which lasts 18 months from the date of commencement – an existing private company will be deemed to have a constitution (i.e. its articles of association and memorandum of association will automatically merge) and the company will be deemed to be a company limited by shares (a “CLS).
