Yes, you will receive an invoice once you have completed registration. This will clearly show the amount paid. Included in this invoice is the price for the subscription as well as the VAT charged. This invoice will be sent to your email address directly from the KnowledgeBase team. This invoice can be used for your bookkeeping and company records. An additional receipt will be sent automatically by Paypal. This is simply to be used for reference purposes for your Paypal payment.
Please check that you are registered and logged in user. You can log in at any stage in the top right hand corner or when prompted to do so. If you have only registered for the guide package you will not be able to access any of the eLearning part of the site. You can upgrade your membership by going to your account page.
The succussful loading and speed of playing of the videos is dependent on your internet speed. All videos are hosted on a private professional Vimeo account. Yes. The Companies Act 2014 is the first such guide produced by KnowledgeBase, however work has begun on producing more guides for practicing professionals in similar manner to this one. We have broken the Companies Act 2014 into the relevant parts. Each course is estimated to take 1 - 1.5 hours. You will be credited for each of the courses that you complete. You will not receive any credit until you have complete the full 1 hour course.
